Dr. Harden has spent the past 18 years as an integrative and holistic doctor of naturopathic medicine.
Her education began at UC Berkeley, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and earned a pre-medical Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology. Next, she earned her doctorate in naturopathic medicine and her first Master’s degree in acupuncture and Chinese medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle. After Bastyr, Dr. Harden was selected as one of only a handful of graduates nationwide for a two-year naturopathic residency, which she completed at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland. She attained a second Master’s degree in Chinese herbal medicine at South Baylo University. Dr. Harden is a California State Board certified Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, a board certified national diplomat in acupuncture and a California State Board licensed acupuncturist.
Wendy is a licensed, holistic psychotherapist with a very straight forward approach. She believes everyone has the answers and wisdom within, and her role is to help them get unstuck.
Her approach is to make it comfortable, safe, positive and to get results as quickly as possible.

Janet is a gifted metaphysician with twenty five years of experience in sharing the messages, the energy of unconditionally loving Spirit. Her work has touched countless lives, provides detailed and precise information presented with both compassion and humor.
Her work includes channeling, guided meditations, teaching classes based up information received from Spirit, energetic readings providing information that can lead to breakthrough understanding, service as a medium, and acting as a focus for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing energies.
Classes that Janet teaches are based upon her personal experiences in working with the information brought through by Spirit. The topics are varied and customized to work best with those present during the class sessions.
Dr. Tang is a licensed naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist in California.
Dr. Tang graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology at the University of California at Los Angeles in 1997, where she was inspired to learn a natural, safe, and science-based approach to health and wellness. This inspiration led her to the leading, accredited academic and research center for natural medicine, Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. Here she earned a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2003. She has supplemented her education with certifications in craniosacral therapy, reiki, and yoga instruction.
Since 2004, Dr. Tang has gained many years of extensive clinical experience in private practice at several integrative health clinics in Orange County, CA. She is a well-known community speaker of natural medicine for the American Heart Association and corporations in Orange County, CA. Dr. Tang has been a contributing writer to many health magazines and newsletters and has been featured on the ABC Channel 7 News for her expertise on natural medicine and health. She taught and practiced at the UC Irvine School of Medicine and UC Irvine Susan Samueli Center for Integrative Medicine. In 2009 Dr. Tang co-founded Coastal Acupuncture & Natural Health Center and co-founded Awakened Health to offer custom herbal formulations, wellness retreats and workshops and online health programs. Dr. Tang has transitioned these companies into Inspire Natural Wellness and is very honored and excited to be a part of the OC Whole Family Wellness team. She creates balance in her life by spending quality time with her husband, two children, and pups, exercising, hiking outdoors, reading, meditating and practicing yoga.
Dr. Lain Lye is a licensed naturopathic doctor in California and received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in San Diego. Prior to attending Bastyr University, she received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from University of California, Irvine.
Growing up, her parents encouraged her to become a pharmacist. While working as a pharmacy technician she realized the value of preventive medicine. With this knowledge, she became determined to find a more comprehensive approach to health. She was elated to find naturopathic medicine, which utilizes a broad range of tools and modalities. Medical procedures such as naturopathic aesthetics using Platelet Rich Plasma, IV therapy, and other regenerative modalities became of large interest during her time at school. Dr. Lye not only sees value in helping rejuvenate the skin from the outside, she also believes in healing the skin from the inside out through the use of the many tools that naturopathic medicine has to offer. She truly believes that the body has an innate ability to heal itself. When not in office, Dr. Lye continues to work at Bastyr University, California in order to give back to the growing community of naturopathic doctors and students.
Julie is very experienced in many aspects of “Energy Therapy” and has studied with numerous teachers over the years. She completed a 4-year program of study to become a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training. Julie was originally trained with a scientific background in nursing. She loves to combine her medical and metaphysical based knowledge to provide integrative and complementary modalities to others so that they may reach their goals for optimal health and healing, and wellness.
