New Working Practices During COVID-19 Pandemic
In light of the “Stay at Home” initiative and in an effort to maintain and support a healthy patient population and community at large, we are making some changes to how we operate.
Monday to Friday ONLY – NO in-office visits
ALL appointments will be via phone or zoom meetings, a web-based health communication system. To book or change appointments please contact the front desk as usual.
We are implementing a NO CANCELLATION fee for all patients who want to cancel and reschedule for in-office appointment after April 19th. At this time we cannot guarantee when the next opening will be as we are currently booked through May but we will do our best to operate a cancellation wait list.
Any no-show appointments made via zoom fall under same fees as previous.
We are receiving shipments of most supplements during this period and will endeavor to increase our stock of all immune supporting supplements.
Ordering & Collection
To order any supplements please call the front desk. Orders can be sent by mail or picked up from a sanitized table at the entry to the office.
No payments will be collected in person. Payments will be collected at time of order over the phone
IV & Acupuncture Treatment – Saturday 8 am to 4 pm, Sunday 9 am to 4 pm
Our IV and acupuncture room will be sanitized after each patient throughout. ONLY 1 patient per room per treatment but family members can receive IV’s together. There will be no waiting in the waiting area.
Blood Draws – Saturday 8 am to 12 pm
ALL blood draws will be done in a private room and no other patients in the waiting room.
Foot Baths & Acupuncture – Saturday 8 am to 4 pm
All acupuncture and foot baths will be scheduled on Saturdays, in a private room and no other patients in the waiting room.
Test Kits – Pick-up only
Test kits can be picked up outside office door during office hours.
Well-Woman – Reschedule required post April 19
All well-woman exams should be rescheduled post April 19th. Please contact front desk.
